Recruitment of In-house designer

Requirement:
• Involves in Design conceptualisation, coming up with winning design concepts and then communicating the ideas internally and to our clients
• Develops creative ideas for projects
• Responsible for accomplishing and maintaining the quality of design throughout all phases of the project
• Involves in the production of the website or project
• Collaborate with Project Team to produce creatives that meet project objectives and support brand initiatives.
• Perform revisions as needed to achieve the team’s creative visions.
• Work with project team to identify their graphic needs, budget constraints and reasonable deadlines for projects.
• Coordinate the design production process to ensure creativity, quality of work efficiency.
• To liaise and build relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and internally with different related and supporting departments.
• Oversee and maintain a library of artwork and working files for all projects creatives.
• Development of space planning, design concepts & 3D renderings, sample & material boards for presentations
• Comprehend design briefs provided by clients
• Conduct design research and develop creative concepts
• Plan and co-ordinate entire project independently
Skils required:
• Diploma with relevant design experience ideally 3 to 4 years in similar position
• Highly proficient in current design software - 3Dmax, Vray, Photoshop and Autocad
• Good command of English
• Fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines
• Web experience with proficiency in Dreamweaver and Flash an advantage
• Innovative, creative and resourceful
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must provide portfolio or URLs of websites that you've done

• Working Hours: 5 days’ work week (9am-6pm)
