Recruitment of Junior Sales Executive
Requirement:
• Working closely with the Business Unit Director, provide ‘expert level’ technical advice and sales support to new and existing customers.
• Identify new opportunities, lead sales engagements, develop and present technical solutions, prepare quotations and provide after-sales service.
• Develop excellent relationships with customers and take the lead in delivering superior quality service.
• Proactively develop deep knowledge of the company’s products, applications and core markets.
• Provide regular reports on project pipelines and sales results.
• Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Preparation of data for marketing budget & strategy to achieve targeted objective
• Conduct market research on market share, consumer needs and competitor analysis
• Prepare and follow up on quotations/tender
Skils required:
• The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma in civil engineering or other relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing in the building materials & construction industry with a good network of contacts in the industry.
• Experience in the field of concrete restoration and repair is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to speak and write in English fluently. Fluency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
• Ambitious, independent and self-motivated.
• Possess own transport with valid class 3 license
• Confident and presentable with experience of interacting with main contractors, sub-contractors, clients and consultants.
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only
• Possess an outgoing personality, highly energetic, a team player, disciplined and very self-motivated with a high level of drive and desire to excel in life.
