IT Executive
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working time: 9am to 6.30pm
Salary: $2000 to $4000 (Depend on experience)
Work place: Ecentre @ Jalan bukit merah.
Outlet location: ( Takashimaya, Parkmall, Bugis village, Parkway parade, Novena sq 2, Nex mall, City sq )
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support, troubleshooting, problem analysis, diagnosis and resolution for applications based on the company operating procedures.
- User ID, software & hardware inventory management
- Workstations & operating system support and troubleshooting
- Maintain website & servers
- Provide hardware support to all users at branches and HQ
- Troubleshoot and setup computers, printers and other IT equipment
- Maintenance of hardware and software inventory as well as Internet and IP address records
- Maintenance of networking equipment and resolving issues on networking
- Resolving connectivity related issues
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, degree or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of network
- Must be able to travel to branches to provide support
- Singaporean & PR only (No quota for foreigner)
